A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for two different people who left the custody of the Forensic Psychiatric facility in Coquitlam this week.
On February 10, David Fomradas left the Forensic Psychiatric Services housing program on an unauthorized absence and did not return.
Fomradas is 38-years-old, 5-foot-11 and 156 pounds, with blue eyes, long brown hair, and a moustache and beard. He was last seen wearing dark grey pants, a brown sweater and jacket. Police say he has “the potential for violence when not on his medication.”
On February 12, Violet Miharija was reported as having left the Forensic Psychiatric Hospital at Colony Farm Road.
Miharija is 41-years-old, 5-foot-2 and 178 pounds, with dark brown shoulder length hair. She was last seen wearing a green sweatshirt, sweatpants, and white running shoes.
If you see either Fomradas or Miharija, you’re asked not to approach them, but immediately call your local police department. If you have any information where they might be, you’re asked to call Coquitlam RCMP at 604-945-1550.
