CALGARY – The Alberta Winter Games is shining a spotlight on our province’s most promising young athletes. The opening ceremonies take place Saturday night in Medicine Hat.
Eight buses left from McMahon Stadium Saturday morning, heading to Medicine Hat for the games.

The ATCO Gas torch relay also kicked off at 10 a.m. in Medicine Hat at Medicine Hat College.
