WINNIPEG – City trucks have officially rolled out, clearing up the snow and slush, during the residential parking ban.
Crews began clearing at 7 a.m Wednesday, and go until about 7 p.m. Friday.
Residential streets in snow zones E, I, M, O, S, and U will be plowed between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Wednesday.
Winnipeggers are encouraged to confirm their snow zone letter to figure out which street is scheduled for clearing.
Some residents will have to move their vehicles to avoid tickets, which will be issued from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Residents are being advised to use parking lots or streets that aren’t scheduled for plowing ahead of their street clearing.
