SALMON ARM–The owner of a Salmon Arm pawn shop is going public with surveillance video of crooks vandalizing his store.

Mike Jalving owns Shuswap Pawn, which was broken into on January 29.

The video shows three men breaking display cases and throwing things into a bin.

Jalving says they made off with only a few digital cameras and some Scentsy warmers.

The pawn shop owner says the robbery happened at 7:45 at night, and he’s shocked at all the vehicles that can be seen driving by the store while his alarms were going off.

“The neighborhood watch idea has to come back,” says Jalving.

He’s hoping someone will recognize the men in the video and report them to the RCMP.
