A former Kelowna councillor says he’s being bullied by the city he used to represent. The former councillor happens to be the owner of one of the 15 agri-tourism RV parks in Kelowna. The parks have become contentious because some owners are ignoring the city’s bylaws that govern the facilities. Those owners say the city’s rules don’t apply to them. Kelly Hayes has more.
