The alleged incident happened on the 918 GO train from Aldershot to Union Station on Jan. 12 around 1 p.m.

He is described as between 40 to 50 years of age, with short brown receding hair, wearing a red winter jacket with grey inner arms and distinctive silver flashes on the shoulders, blue jeans and a blue shirt.
