Man injured in alleged drive-by shooting in Saskatoon

SASKATOON – A man is in stable condition after an alleged drive-by shooting in Saskatoon. Police say they were called to St. Paul’s hospital just after 9:30 p.m. CT Monday after a man walked to the hospital after being shot in the leg.

The 21-year-old man told officers it happened while he was walking along 22nd Street West near Avenue I.

He was able to get himself to the hospital for treatment on what police believe are non-life threatening injuries.

Police have few other details at this time but believe the shots were fired from a moving vehicle.
