Previous coverage from 6 a.m.
Surrey RCMP is asking for your help finding a missing man who is considered high-risk.
Jaswinder Singh was last seen at 5:30 p.m. yesterday when his health caretaker dropped him off at the Guru Nanak Sikh Temple on 120th Street.
Police say the usual routine is for Singh to spend an hour at the temple and then meet his caretaker at the Chapters located across the street on 120th Street.
Singh has not been seen since he was dropped off at the temple.
The 63-year-old has a previous brain injury, which has left him with the mental capacity of a 10 to 12-year-old.
He also has a distinctive walk and drags his left leg.
He was last seen wearing a grey jacket over a dark sweater and dark-coloured jogging pants.
Singh is 173 centimeters in height and weighs 70 kilograms. He has black hair and dark complexion.
Surrey RCMP have conducted a search of Singh’s care home and checked extensively around the temple and have not located him. Surrey Search and Rescue is now also engaged.
Anyone who sees him should contact the Surrey RCMP.
