PENTICTON – Penticton RCMP say a local man is facing charges after allegedly punching a senior in the head outside of the Cherry Lane Shopping Centre on Sunday afternoon.

Police say the victim was a 78-year-old man who didn’t know his attacker. The senior did not need medical assistance.
