OSHAWA – Police say they’ve identified a suspect in an investigation into reports of a man masturbating at a hospital in Oshawa, Ont.
Durham regional police say they’ve applied for a warrant for the arrest of a 23-year-old Oshawa man on charges of committing an indecent act and failing to comply with a recognizance.

Police say hospital security was called on Tuesday about a suspicious man seen near the hospital’s birthing unit.
When security arrived, the man had left the area, however, he was seen in security video masturbating near the front doors of the birthing unit.
Investigators are thanking the public for assistance in helping identify a suspect.
