Justin Trudeau is set to take on his first question period as prime minister in the House of Commons on Monday.
With new MPs and rookie cabinet members, Trudeau will face his opposition for the first time in the House of Commons since the October 19 election.
Last week’s throne speech and the taxing of the middle-class are expected to be debated. Trudeau will likely also face tough questions about his decision to put an end to airstrikes against the Islamic State in Iraq.
Parliament is only expected to sit for the week before going on holiday.
