TORONTO — Police have arrested a 37-year-old Toronto man wanted on an attempted murder warrant in connection with the shooting of a 48-year-old man in the city’s east end in October.
Officers responded to a radio call of a shooting in the Dundas Street East and Greenwood Avenue area on Oct. 19 at about 11:30 p.m.
Police said a dispute between two men took place inside a residence, which resulted in the man being shot at about 10:45 p.m.

The unnamed victim was then taken to hospital by someone in the residence, which is when paramedics informed police that a 48-year-old man had been brought to hospital with a gunshot wound to his hip.
Tajuddin Shahabuddin, was arrested and charged with attempted murder, conspiracy to commit murder and seven firearm related offences. He appeared in court in October.
On Sunday, investigators arrested 37-year-old Joseph Boudreault of Toronto and charged him with attempted murder, conspiracy to commit murder and three firearm-related offences. He appeared in court in Toronto on Monday.
