CALGARY – Police are asking for the public’s help in locating two men who are wanted on warrants in connection with a recent incident that happened in the community of Castleridge.
Police were called to a disturbance at the 0-100 Block of Castleridge N.E. Thursday at around 5:45 a.m.
Police said someone inside a home reported that two men were at the address threatening to shoot one of the residents.
The two men left the home before police arrived.

Shortly after the incident, a member of Calgary Police was involved in an officer-involved shooting a short distance away on Fallingworth Court N.E.
Gaiven Singh Mahal, 18, is sought for uttering threats in connection with the incident.
Davinder Singh Sanghera, 28, is wanted on unrelated warrants for breaching his current release conditions and theft.
Police describe Mahal as East Indian, 5’9″ tall, 180 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.Sanghera is a person of interest in the Castleridge incident. Police describe him as East Indian, 5’11” tall, 170 pounds, with brown hair and black eyes. He has a tattoo on his upper right arm of a lion’s face.
Police have not made a connection between the two men and the shooting is still under investigation.
