It might be an American holiday, but Thanksgiving’s post-turkey sales are creeping north of the border.
In an effort to compete with our neighbours to the south and their insane holiday discounts, Canadian retailers are pulling out all the stops to get you to shop in-store and online.
To help you navigate the very saturated sales waters, Slice Canada is sharing some of the best sales happening this weekend across the country.
For the trendsetter: Aritzia
While Canadian retailer Aritzia is known for a lot of things, having great sales isn’t one of them. However, they’ll be slashing prices by up to 50 per cent on everything in store this weekend.
For the new homeowner: Sears Canada
If you’re in the market for anything from a fridge to a new bed, then you should check out Sears this weekend. With mattresses and box spring sets and large appliances marked down more than $1000, this is one spot new homeowners shouldn’t miss.
For the tech nerd: Best Buy
It’s no surprise that American retailer Best Buy offers some of the best Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals in Canada. They’re keeping mum on the details, but we hear everything from LED TVs to Macbooks will be on sale come midnight November 27.
For the busy bee: Amazon.ca
Stressed about finding time to do all your holiday shopping? Save yourself the headache and head over to Amazon for deep discounts on hundreds of products. They’re also offering limited edition “deals of the day” and lightning sales through the weekend.
For the shoe-lover: Nine West Canada
If your shoe closet needs a bit of an update for the holiday party season, head over to Nine West to receive 40 per cent off everything (including an additional 40 per cent off sale items).
