Police said two people suffered minor injuries and one person was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

Around 7 a.m. ET., two cars spun out and hit a guard rail at St. Clair Avenue and Avoca Avenue.

Meanwhile, police said a three-vehicle collision near Victoria Park Avenue and Belmore Avenue resulted in one car flipping over.

There was another multi-vehicle crash near Morningside Avenue and Ellemere Road involving eight vehicles which resulted in minor injuries, police said.

Another car slammed into a pole near Kingston Road and Manse Road resulting in down hydro wires on the roadway.

Police are reminding motorists to drive with caution as the roads are wet due to the changing weather conditions.
