Vernon voters take to the polls this weekend. Saturday is the last day to cast a ballot for or against replacing the old Civic Arena. People who use the arena, and those who benefit from it, economically support a new ice surface without hesitation. And as Cole Deakin reports, today they made one final appeal in favour of the city borrowing money to make it happen.
