TORONTO – A 45-year-old man wanted for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman as well as an armed robbery in downtown Toronto has been arrested in Montreal.
Toronto police said Brenna Wayne Guigue was apprehended on Nov. 21 and is scheduled to appear in court for a bail hearing Monday in Montreal.
The accused was wanted for robbing a restaurant in the King Street East and Sherbourne Street area at gunpoint on Nov. 14.
It is further alleged Guigue approached a 28-year-old woman from behind in the area of Yonge and Alexander streets on Nov. 6 and sexually assaulted her at gunpoint.
