WINNIPEG — The winter blast was no surprise to many in Southern Manitoba.
So, while we knew it was on the way Weather Specialist Michelle Lissel took some time Wednesday before the snow arrived to snap some “before” photos.
She hit up a few noticeable landmarks, and returned to them Thursday to snap the photo all over again.
