MONTREAL – After bags of bricks were thrown onto the tracks of several metro stations Monday morning, a police investigation is underway in Montreal.

Service was ceased on three metro lines at the start of the morning rush hour. After about 30 minutes, trains started up again.
Police will also look into simultaneous emergency brake disruptions.
At least 15 manual emergency brakes were pulled on metro trains at approximately 7:15 a.m.
