WINNIPEG – If you’re planning on parking your car downtown anytime soon, make sure you lock your doors and remove any valuables.
The Downtown Winnipeg Biz and Winnipeg police are warning the public about a rash of vehicle break ins this week.

The Biz said there have been 60 vehicle break ins recently, and Winnipeg police say the increase is concerning.
Police are reminding Winnipeggers not to leave any valuables in their car and make sure their doors are locked.
