TORONTO – A 26-year-old man is in hospital with serious injuries following a stabbing outside a Tim Hortons in Brampton on Sunday night.
Police responded to the call around 10:10 p.m. at 499 Main Street South near Steeles Avenue West and Hurontario Street.
Officers arrived to find the victim with multiple stab wounds and was taken to hospital where he remains in critical but stable condition.
Police said several suspects fled on foot including at least two women.
One suspect is described as male, black, 20-25 years old, with short black hair, wearing a black sweater, white shirt, black pants and white shoes.
The second suspect is described as female, black, 18-22 years old, wearing a grey sweater, grey pants and had long black hair.
The third is a female suspect described as black, 18-22 years old, wearing a grey shirt, blue jeans and had long black hair.
Police are asking anyone with information to come forward.
