Armed men make off with cash, smokes from Saskatoon restaurant

SASKATOON – Police are searching for two men who held up employees at a Saskatoon restaurant late Sunday night. Officers were called to the restaurant in the 2400-block of 22nd Street just before midnight local time.

Police say the two men, armed with handguns, made off with an undisclosed amount of cash and cigarettes.

The first suspect was wearing a black bandana over his face, a ball cap and a dark grey hoodie and has a tattoo on his right temple.

The second suspect is between six-foot two and six-foot four and was wearing a black jacket, brown and grey hat and dark gloves.

Both are described as First Nations.
