The jury deciding whether a Keremeos man who killed two friends can get an early release from prison delivered its verdict late Friday afternoon.
Robert Nicholson has been denied an early release from prison for the murders of two friends back in 1995.

Nicholson was trying to use the faint hope clause to get out of jail sooner.
The jury did decide Nicholson can apply for an early release again before his scheduled release in 2020.
