Longueuil drug raids lead to eight arrests

LONGUEUIL – Police on the south shore were in the midst of a series of drug raids early Tuesday morning.

Early reports said more than 100 officers have entered 10 homes and businesses, mostly in the Longueuil area.

Eight people have been arrested in relation to the drug charges.

The operation is ongoing; police expect to make more arrests throughout the day.
