TORONTO – A 66-year-old Innisfil, Ont. man has been charged with assault after he allegedly threw a bag filled with dog feces at a woman while she was inside her car this week.
South Simcoe Police said the incident stemmed from prior encounters between the victim and a neighbour.
It is alleged the two had been involved in an ongoing dispute when the man began throwing bags of dog feces over the fence that divides their property.
After confronting the man in her vehicle, police said the suspect threw a bag of dog excrement inside her car hitting her and the interior.
The accused, whose identity has not been released, was arrested on Thursday and faces one count of assault.
He is scheduled to appear in court in October.
