PENTICTON–Fire crews were called to the Chateau Village complex in Penticton around 6:30 Thursday night.
Firefighters say the fire broke out in a bedroom in one of the units, and quickly became fully involved.
When crews arrived, heavy black smoke and flames could be seen coming out of the window.
Everyone managed to make it out of the home safely.
The fire department was able to knock down the fire quite quickly.
