CALGARY – Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a couple who may be linked to two Shoppers Drug Mart thefts in Alberta.
Airdrie RCMP said a man entered the Shoppers Drug Mart on Market Street on July 13 and “began loading Crest White Strips into a gift bag.” He then left in a white sports utility vehicle with $951 worth of the dental product. RCMP said it’s possible a woman was also involved in the crime.
“It is possible that the same couple were involved in a similar theft at Shoppers Drug Mart in Calgary approximately one hour later,” said RCMP in a release.
Anyone with information is asked to call their local RCMP detachment or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
