REGINA – Two women were taken to hospital in Regina following a stabbing in Fort Qu’Appelle on Friday night. Their injuries are described as serious, but non-life threatening.
Late Friday night RCMP officers were called to a bar to respond to assault complaints and found the two women; both of whom had been stabbed during an altercation.
A short time after the assault call RCMP received another call about a break and enter at a residence in Fort Qu’Appelle. Two other people were assaulted during the break and enter.
Both incidents are believed to be related.
No charges have been laid at this time, and the investigations are ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call the Fort Qu’Appelle RCMP or Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
