ANOLA — A 45-year-old woman passenger died in hospital after a Friday night crash in Anola, Manitoba.
The crash happened at the intersection of Highway 15 and Highway 12, roughly 40 minutes east of Winnipeg. Oakbank RCMP responded at roughly 7:30 p.m.
An SUV going northbound on highway 12 hit a car heading eastbound on highway 15.
Reports from the scene indicated that STARS air ambulance was dispatched to the area and traffic was being rerouted around the intersection.
RCMP say alcohol was not a factor in this crash.
