WATCH: Naked man high on meth ransacks Alabama gas station

An Alabama man was caught on camera ransacking a gas station Thursday morning dressed only in his birthday suit.

Police arrested 34-year-old Brian Creamer for burglary, criminal mischief, and drug possession after security cameras caught him breaking into a Chevron gas station in Wetumpka, Alabama.

Creamer said he was high on ice, a potent version of methamphetamine, and has no memory of what happened or where he was.

Wetumpka Police said a gas station employee arrived in the early hours of the day to open the store when suddenly, she saw a naked man standing on top of the ice machine. Frightened, she ran away and drove to a nearby gas station to contact authorities.

Police arrived to find a wreckage scene that they say looked like was caused by a demolition crew.

They say Creamer used a fire extinguisher to break through a store window, later using the extinguisher to spray the store.

Overflowing sinks caused flooding while one sink was stuffed with electronic devices which were still plugged in. Drinks and light bulbs were smashed, and the store’s alarm systems and thermostat were damaged.

Gas pumps that Creamer displaced were inadvertently turned on by the morning employee, leaving gas to flow freely.

When police arrived, Creamer immediately surrendered. After a search of his car, police found his clothing, drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Creamer told detectives that he was on his way to the casino when he began to feel hot and thirsty. He stopped at an abandoned gas station nearby, stripped naked and made his way to Chevron after realizing his first pit stop was empty.

Chevron’s owner Sam Patel told NBC affiliate WSFA that while it has been a horrible experience for him, the store is open for business during the clean up.
