Langley RCMP looking for man in connection with sexual assault

Langley RCMP is asking for the public’s help to identify a man who allegedly sexually assaulted a gas station employee on Aug. 9.

Police say the man appeared to be intoxicated when he entered the gas station in the 19800-block of Fraser Highway just before 8 p.m.

He came up behind the employee as she was eating and touched her inappropriately. She was able to push him away and the man fled.

The man is described as East Indian, in his mid-20s, with brown hair similar to Elvis’ style, brown eyes and a goatee. He is about 5’6” tall, 155 pounds, and was wearing jeans and a dark blue shirt with stripes. He was also carrying a black back pack.
