PENTICTON – Ever wanted to meet the pilots who take to the sky as part of the Canadian Forces Snowbirds? Today Okanagan residents are getting that chance.
The pilots will be signing autographs and snapping photos from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. outside the Penticton Lakeside Resort and Casino.

You’ll have to wait a few days to see their performance. The Snowbirds will doing full show near Penticton on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. The best place to watch the performance is from the Okanagan Lake Beach.
Organizers need boaters to stay out of an area at the south end of Okanagan lake from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. so that the show can go ahead overhead. Officials say the closest places to watch the show from your boat are near to Soorimpt or Three Mile Beach.
