Toronto man faces voyeurism charges after allegedly filming up skirts

TORONTO — A 33-year-old Toronto man has been charged with voyeurism after allegedly filming under the skirts of four women at a clothing store in the city.

Police responded to a suspicious incident inside the Winners store at 1255 The Queensway at about 1:45 p.m. on Friday.

Once on scene, police allege that a man was seen covertly filming under the dresses of four women.

Tomasz Malinowski was arrested at the store and is charged with four counts of voyeurism.

He is scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Ave. W. on August 10.

Police believe there may be other victims and witnesses.
