EDMONTON — Alberta RCMP arrested 31-year-old Stanley Dick on Friday afternoon. He was wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for violating his parole and charges related to dangerous driving and fleeing police.
The Drumheller man was considered armed and dangerous, and eluded police for the last few days. He was arrested without incident at a Drumheller residence.
The RCMP said Dick allegedly committed offences in Blackfalds, Red Deer and Drumheller.
Officers said he was previously pulled over in Red Deer on June 25 and was going to be arrested on outstanding warrants, but fled the scene.
