Police are now releasing surveillance footage as they try to track down a person of interest. The video shows a suspect attempting to get in through the door and then climbing over the balcony. He slips out of sight for a moment before returning to place a few chairs on top of the fire.
If you recognize the suspect, or have any information about the fire, you are asked to contact police.
