A hearing has been scheduled for Monday in San Francisco Superior Court. The judge scheduled the hearing two months ago hoping the two sides would reach a complete settlement by Monday.

But after meeting with a mediator in April and dividing the Mrs. Doubtfire actor’s personal effects, the two sides said they are still undecided over how much Susan Williams should receive over her lifetime.

Robin Williams hanged himself in August in the Tiburon home he shared with Susan Williams. Williams left most of his estate to his three children, including the proceeds from the sale of a Napa County home and property.
