Federal Liberal leader Justin Trudeau discussed the economic future of Canada’s middle class during a lunch-time speech at the Canadian Club of Toronto, Monday afternoon.

The speech, entitled How fairness and growth for the middle class benefits everyone builds on the economic policy his party released last week, stating they plan to lower taxes on the middle class while creating a new tax bracket for some of Canada’s top earners.
