Bruce Jenner: ‘I hope I’m going to be OK’

In a sneak preview of tonight’s 20/20 interview with Diane Sawyer, Bruce Jenner says he hopes he will be “OK”.

The two-hour interview special with the 1976 Olympic decathlon champion and patriarch of television’s Kardashian clan is expected to touch on transgenderism and reports that he may be transitioning to a woman.

ABC’s Sawyer asks Jenner what he would ask himself during an interview, Jenner says he would ask if he thought he would be “OK”.

“I hope I’m going to be OK,” he said. “I feel like I’m going to be OK. 2015 is going to be quite a ride. Quite a ride.”

Interviewed about the 20/20 show, Sawyer said she preferred that Jenner and his story speak for itself and would say little about what the interview contained.
