Prime Minister Stephen Harper speaks at rally in Winnipeg

A series of targeted tax measures from the Conservatives have have added layers of complexity on filers, new report suggests.

WINNIPEG — Prime Minister Stephen Harper spoke at a Conservative Party at the Victoria Inn to a group of around three hundred.

The event was Live Streamed by Global News here. Harper was supposed to speak at 5:45 p.m. CT  but didn’t take to the stage until shortly after 6:15 p.m.

Harper also attended Wednesday night’s Winnipeg Jets game against the Anaheim Ducks that saw them eliminated from the playoffs.

Thursday afternoon Harper made a stop at FC WoodWorks, his first stop since bringing down the 2015 budget.
