WATCH: Kids flee as angry buffalo attacks Chinese primary school

A buffalo frightened by honks broke into a primary school in of southwest China’s Guizhou Province on Wednesday afternoon, scaring students who ran across the playground to dodge the crazy animal.

Surveillance camera video of the school shows that the buffalo broke the gate and stormed into the school at around 04:00 p.m., when students were just about to go home.

“It had never seen so many vehicles before and thus was frightened when honks from a vehicle started. I felt hard to hold onto the buffalo and still have to wave to the driver, but he didn’t know what was happening and continued to press the horn. The buffalo was frightened and ran away,” said Long Qingbo, owner of the animal.

Scared by the animal, the students ran across the playground to avoid the animal while the teaching staff tried to stop the buffalo and call the police.
