UPDATE: Abbotsford Police say Linton was located Monday afternoon at the residence of a family member.

Abbotsford police continue to look for missing 41-year-old man.

Mark Craig Linton was reported missing from his home near McCallum Road and South Fraser Way on Saturday.

Linton was last seen at 5:00 am in the morning, leaving his apartment building.

He was wearing a brown and white jacket, blue jeans and a baseball cap. He was also carrying a backpack and a bedroll.

Linton is 5’9” and 200 pounds. He has brown eyes and short brown hair.

He does not have a history with police or for this type of behavior.

His family believes he is distraught as a result of some current challenges he is dealing with. Police say Linton would be relying on others for transportation.

On Sunday, police released security video images of Linton leaving his apartment complex in the hope that it will assist in locating him.
