ESTEVAN – RCMP are on scene at a semi-truck rollover on Highway 39 near the Roche Percee Valley.
The semi was hauling a tanker containing a hazardous material, which is now leaking.

As of 5:30 p.m. Sunday, police had closed the highway, holding commercial trucks at the border and diverting smaller vehicles.
Officials say there is no immediate danger to nearby residents
