REGINA – A Saskatchewan man with ties to the File Hills and Fort Qu’Appelle areas has been charged with sexual interference of a minor, and investigators believe there may be “multiple victims in several communities over the last several years.”

On Wednesday, April 1, the File Hills First Nations Police Service (FHFNPS) charged 46-year-old Joseph “Bully” McNabb with two counts of Sexual Interference of a Minor and issued a warrant for his arrest.

The following day, investigators received a tip that McNabb was at a house on the Peepeekisis First Nation. When they arrived they learned McNabb had fled the scene just prior to their arrival.

With help from an RCMP canine unit, McNabb was tracked to a nearby bluff where he surrendered without incident.

Investigators believe further charges will be laid as the investigation progresses.
