WATCH: One of two Brampton brothers, 25 year old Curtis Murray has been arrested and charged with first degree murder, police still looking for his brother 29-year-old Corey Murray.
TORONTO – Police have arrested one of two brothers wanted in connection to the shooting death of a 17-year-old Toronto teenager earlier this month.
Curtis Murray, 25, was arrested late Monday night but investigators are still looking for his older brother, 29-year-old Corey Murray.
Both are wanted for first-degree murder in the death of Trevor Saraphine who was gunned down outside an Etobicoke apartment building in the early morning hours of March 21.
Police said Seraphine was involved in a violent altercation with two men when he was shot.
He was pronounced dead in hospital.
Corey, of no fixed address, is described as black, 5’8″, 157 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.
Police said officers are attempting to retrieve items sold at a street sale that was occurring at 44 Willowridge Road the weekend the teen was killed.
