The heart of the school will be developed around a large gathering space, which will provide a community hub for the school flanked by the Drama Room, Band Room, Library-Learning Commons and Administration Spaces. Also located off the gathering space will be an three-station gymnasium and separate fitness room.

The new facility will also provide a Career and Technology Studies (CTS) Wood Shop, CTS Foods Space, as well as a flexible CTS module to support programs such as Fashion Studies or Video Editing. The school is expected to be ready for the start of the 2018-19 school year.
