Two pitbulls who have been declared aggressive and seized by the regional district of central okanagan have gone missing. They were seized this week for killing two goats in the joe rich area, but someone broke them out of the pound. According to the regional district they are the same dogs that allegedly killed another dog last year also in the Joe rich area. Kelly Hayes reports.
