WINNIPEG – Brian Bowman did his best to convince the city’s business community Winnipeg is in good hands.

“Winnipeg’s best days are not behind us,” said Bowman. “The best days are yet to come.”

During the annual State of the City address Bowman he laid out his plan for the future including making an open and transparent city hall and called again on the province to develop a fair finding model.
