Final 5 ‘Big Brother Canada’ houseguests revealed

TORONTO — The final five houseguests for season three of Big Brother Canada were revealed Wednesday night.

They are Johnny Colatruglio of Winnipeg, Kevin Martin of Calgary, Mexico-born Pilar Nemer of Dartmouth, N.S., Risha Denner of Toronto and Huntsville, Ont. native Sindy Nguyen.

The five will join previously announced houseguests Bruno Ielo of Ottawa; Nova Scotia native Willow MacDonald (who now calls Calgary home); Calgary’s Ashleigh Wood and Brittnee Blair; Graig Merritt and Jordan Parhar of B.C.; Naeha Sareen, Godfrey Mangwiza and Sarah Hanlon of Toronto; Regina’s Zach Oleynik; and Bobby Hlad of Oakville, Ont.

The 16 houseguests, chosen after coast-to-coast auditions, will compete for $100,000 cash, a $25,000 gift card from The Brick and a $10,000 trip courtesy of Twistos.

Last season’s winner was Jon Pardy of Newfoundland.

The third season of Big Brother Canada, hosted by Arisa Cox, debuts Monday, March 23 on Global.

The popular Big Brother Canada Side Show will also be back, expanded to one-hour, with Peter Brown and Gary Levy. It will air on Slice.
