VANCOUVER – The strongest solar storm in a decade created some amazing Northern Lights across Canada on St. Patrick’s Day.

Here in B.C. our viewers captured the Aurora Borealis across the province in the early hours of the morning.

Check out some of the images that were submitted to us.

The Northern Lights will also be visible from B.C. on Wednesday night, but it depends on the cloud coverage where you live. As meteorologist Kristi Gordon reports, the forecast is expected to be cloudier tonight, especially along the coast.
