March is nutrition month  – there’s still time to eat better and feel great!  At 6:45, we’re joined by Kate Comeau of Dietitians of Canada to talk about choosing healthier snacks to fuel you through your workday.

We’ll tell you about ‘The Shovel It Forward’ campaign being promoted by Canadian Tire at 8:45am. The company is asking people all over Canada to shovel their neighbours sidewalk or driveway in an unselfish act of kindness.
